Therapeutic massage is what we typically think of when we think massage. It is often also called Deep Tissue Therapy, but the pressure and techniques used are customized to your individual needs and the treatment plan is tailored to you.

Hot Stone massage uses heated smooth river rocks to warm and relax muscles for relaxation or for more of a therapeutic massage, working on tight muscles and trigger points.

Bowen Therapy is a gentle and deeply relaxing treatment involving rolling movements done over the muscles, ligaments and nerve bundles, followed by a pause where I leave the room for a minute to allow you to relax. You are clothed in comfortable, fitted clothes to allow for more movement. Bowen Therapy relaxes the nervous system and muscles, as well as realigning the body physically, and if you are open to it, energetically as well.

Thai Massage (also sometimes called Thai Yoga Massage) is a form of massage therapy found in Thailand, but you don't have to practice yoga to have this treatment. You are clothed in comfortable fitted clothes to allow for movement, and the treatment is usually done on a big floor mat, though it can also be done on the massage table. Passive stretching (I move you, you relax) and massage techniques stretch and relax the muscles.

Prenatal massage is for expectant mothers. Special cushions allow you to lay face down for the massage throughout your pregnancy. Prenatal massage can help alleviate many of the aches and pains associated with pregnancy.
